We started Made Easy Billing because we saw something deeply frustrating in the industry: insurance companies making it harder than it should be for mental health professionals to get paid—and billing companies who didn’t seem to care.
“I tried a billing service but it felt cold, impersonal. They didn’t care about my practice. I never knew who to speak to when something went wrong. It felt like they were in it for themselves—not for me.”
Hearing this from multiple providers didn’t sit right with us. So we decided to change it.
